California Proposition 65, originally known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to provide warning labels to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or there reproductive harms. Businesses that fails to comply to CA Prop 65 are subject to penalty fees up to $2,500 per violation day and settlements payments from $6,000 to over $300,000.

In this webinar, we invite Dr. Charles Wong, Deputy Director of the Chemical Division at MTS, and Mr. John Gerringer, Technical Manager of Regulatory Affairs, to provide education on the latest updates on CA Prop 65.
